Frequently asked questions
No. We’ll agree a price with you up front for a fixed term which will cover everything in your contract. If you want bespoke extras, such as additional employee benefit communications for an even better employee experience, we’ll factor this into the contract price and agree it with you before proceeding. Any insured benefits such as private medical insurance will be costed separately and paid directly to the provider.
Yes. Lumina Flex is supported by an expert implementation and helpdesk team who will work with you to manage the integration of the platform with existing HR systems.
Yes. We can personalise the platform with your logo and colours. Or, if you prefer something customised, we can do that too.
We would expect to have your employee benefits platform up and running within 12 weeks. We start laying the foundations for a great employee experience from day one, by agreeing the fine detail with you as soon as possible. If there are no complications at all, we may have your employee benefits portal live in as little as eight weeks.
Lumina Flex allows employees to manage their own benefits, on the go or at home. We’ll take care of the admin and get the message out to your employees, too.
