Workplace Savings Specialist

What are we looking for?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and self-motivated person to join a fun and fast paced team, at an exciting time in the business.  You will support the Head of Workplace Savings with all tasks for new and existing clients for workplace savings, including wider financial wellbeing initiatives, by liaising with clients, providers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure client needs are met, new schemes created, existing schemes reviewed and appropriate employee engagement is delivered.

Core activities and main responsibilities:

  • Working with clients to understand their workplace savings requirements.
  • Project managing new and existing workplace savings initiatives with key stakeholders.
  • Researching the market to ensure that the most appropriate solutions are available for clients.
  • Producing and maintaining a suite of client facing documents including client reports and presentations.
  • Building, maintaining and when appropriate delivering a wider range of financial education / employee engagement materials.
  • Working closely with other key business departments within the organisation to ensure wider goals and targets are met.

To be considered for the role you will have a proven track record of:

  • Managing client / insurer / provider relationships.
  • Working with insurers, in particular in Pension & ISA Provision.
  • Managing people.
  • Good customer service.
  • Planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in achieving SLAs.

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Proven experience in the workplace savings or employee benefits industry.

Group Risk Co-ordinator

What are we looking for?

A super-organised, personable Co-ordinator to join our multi award-winning Amba Care team.

As well as having experience in the group risk markets, you will be a stickler for compliance and detail, and enjoy giving the best possible service.

Core activities

A ‘typical’ day would consist of:

  • Preparing and issuing quote requests to insurers.
  • Preparing comparison documentation by collating market feedback and best rates.
  • Managing client queries in line with SLAs whilst not compromising on quality or service.
  • Working with a wider team of Employee Benefits Specialist to provide our clients with a complete package using our flexible benefits technology.

Some of your main responsibilities would be:

  • Understanding and working within Group Risk schemes legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring FCA and Data Protection compliance at all times.
  • Reviewing, analysing and recommending improvements on internal processes and documentation.
  • To fully understand each client portfolio, by researching client information held internally, to ensure queries can be answered and dealt with efficiently and in accordance with SLAs.

  • Proven experience in the Group Risk industry.
