Content Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a marketeer with a passion for exceptional content writing, to join our Marketing team.

Title: Content Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Base salary:   £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Purpose: To coordinate and support the delivery of innovative, lead nurturing marketing activity and content, that supports Amba’s ambitious growth plans, across revenue and lead generation.

What are we looking for?

An enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for writing to coordinate and support the delivery of innovative, lead nurturing marketing activity and content, supporting Amba’s ambitious growth plans, across revenue and lead generation.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be:

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual marketing plan with exceptional content, copy, analytics, and expertise.
  • Writing, editing, and publishing forward-thinking, industry focused B2B content, including blog and social posts, and copy and other resources.
  • Creating content and copy across WordPress CMS, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
  • Building strong and effective relationships with third parties to ensure we are receiving good value and performance.
  • Writing and delivering exceptional SEO copy for website, social, webinars, organic search and ad content, email marketing.
  • Copy drafts (PR opps, website, blogs, events, socials, babble.work, internal docs, sales aids).
  • Coordination of in-house and external events utilising personal brand on LinkedIn.
  • Using Zoho CRM and other marketing analytics tools to track marketing performance.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be:

  • Owning, shaping, and delivering the partnership strategy.
  • Sourcing and vetting suppliers of businesses and products or services that are relevant to Amba’s ethos, maintaining brand credibility and USP.
  • Onboarding, building, and maintaining great working relationships with product/service partners, strategic partners, and distribution partners.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business and implementing processes that ensure all partnerships are commercially sound, technically feasible, and compliant with our ethical and technological credentials.
  • Building and maintaining a network of partners and potential partners through personal LinkedIn brand.
  • Analysing and reporting on the success of various partnerships to clearly define Amba’s strongest product/service partners, strategic partners, and distribution partners.

  • Carry out quarterly (at minimum) check ins with Growth Executives to ensure they’re supported, on target and able to do their best, to retain good people and maximum Amba revenues.
  • Managing, supporting, empowering, and retaining the Growth Executives, ensuring targets are achieved and engagement maximised.
  • Building and maintaining solid client relationships.

Employee Benefits Coordinator

Location: Bristol, BS35. Home and office (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What are we looking for?

A proactive team player to work within our centralised administration team, providing support for the implementation, renewal, and ongoing administration of Employee Benefits Services for clients.

The right applicant will enjoy working as part of a team and will have some experience in working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, whilst having a passion for delivering a high-quality service and delighting clients (internal and external) via phone, email or face to face.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Some of the key accountabilities of the role will be:

  • Supporting in the delivery of new client implementation and renewal projects.
  • Providing day to day help desk/technical support to clients and their employees.
  • Responsible for receiving/uploading of employee data, monthly payroll and provider reporting, producing stats and other documentation as required.
  • Producing external and internal documentation required to capture scope and delivery of clients’ requirements
  • Configuring and testing of all benefits and other platform solutions provided by Amba, ensuring they meet the requirements and objectives of the client.
  • Working with Amba’s chosen third party providers in the set up and ongoing service delivery of benefits to meet client requirements.
