Since 2001, we’ve been supporting HR decision makers and business owners to attract and retain the best possible people.

We support businesses with innovative technology, expert advice and consulting services across employee benefits, health insurance, pensions and workplace savings, wellbeing and HR.

In April 2021, we changed our name from ‘PES Ltd’ to Amba. Rest assured, it’s the same great business with the same brilliant service and technology.

Our mission

The modern workforce is increasingly made up of tech savvy, young people, who place equal importance on what they love, what they’re good at and what the world needs.

Making a difference

2 Wish Upon a Star, which provides bereavement support for families who have suddenly and traumatically lost a child or young adult aged 25 years and under.

Above & Beyond, a local charity raising funds for Bristol city centre hospitals.
